We are a UK sportswear and fitness brand inspired by martial arts, shaped by years of dedication and driven by a passion for helping people become stronger every day.
Our Story
Our brand began in 2023. Our journey started long before.
Our story begins with our founder, Yanmin Chen, who started practising martial arts at a young age at the Shaolin Temple in China. His lifelong dedication to martial arts shaped a philosophy of discipline, perseverance, balance and continuous improvement.
In 2013, Yanmin joined a small group of students and friends to establish UK Shaolin, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting martial arts, health, wellbeing and community development.
Starting with limited resources but a shared passion, the team worked tirelessly to create opportunities for young people and local communities. Over the years, UK Shaolin grew into an established UK charity, inspiring people of different ages and backgrounds through physical activity and personal development.
In 2023, members of the UK Shaolin team took that passion further and founded SUUFIT, originally known as SynergyFiit.
Our vision was to create a sportswear and fitness brand that reflects the values we have practised for years: authenticity, hard work, continuous improvement and community.
Today, SUUFIT offers sportswear, training clothing and fitness essentials designed to support active lifestyles, from gym training and running to yoga, Tai Chi and martial arts.
