Refund policy

We understand that there are occasions when you may need to return a product to us. To assist you, we offer a 14-day returns policy, giving you the opportunity to return products under appropriate circumstances.

This policy applies to all customers regardless of location and does not affect your statutory rights, including those under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns

Where no other legal provision applies, you are entitled to return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original unopened packaging
  • All seals, labels, and shrink-wrap remain intact
  • The item is in a condition suitable for resale as new
  • You follow the returns procedure below
  • None of the exclusions listed apply

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

To book a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to “Order History” under “My Account”
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click “Request a Return”
  4. Select the item(s) and reason for return
  5. A member of our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned under this policy:

  • Groin guards, mouth guards, and sports bras
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Personalised or altered products
  • Gift vouchers

Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on all products.

If an item becomes faulty within this period, you may request a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims unless a replacement is not available.

Refunds

Refunds and exchanges are only available for items that are:

  • Returned in original packaging
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Refunds will only be issued for damaged goods where a replacement cannot be provided.

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Abuse or misuse of products
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Failure to check sizing prior to purchase (please refer to our Size Guide)

All other refunds may be subject to a 10% administration fee.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Improper Returns

If a product is returned in breach of this policy:

  • No refund or exchange will be issued
  • We may retain the item until additional delivery costs are paid
  • If payment is not received within 14 days, we may dispose of the item without liability
