2. Free Delivery

We offer free next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £80.00 (excluding VAT).

Orders below this amount will incur delivery charges, calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the following countries and regions:

United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Channel Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.

We may agree to deliver to additional locations upon request.

4. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK – Next Working Day: 1 working day
  • UK – Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days
  • UK – Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–5 working days
  • Northern Ireland: 1–2 working days
  • International Deliveries: typically 2–7 working days

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 12:00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or on non-working days, will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Fraud Checks

We may carry out fraud prevention checks before dispatch. These checks may delay your order. If this occurs, we will notify you.

6. Delivery Charges

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Our courier will usually attempt delivery again
  • A calling card may be left with instructions for redelivery or collection

If your parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.
